Those who met in large numbers in Bowden for a rodeo over the weekend, flagrantly disobeying the government’s public health restrictions, were disregarding the law. Public health regulations are laws made in the best interest of us all, just like laws that say all children must be educated; all drivers must have insurance; no one may drink and drive.
