US Attys Blame Contractor For Care Issues At Youth Shelter
Law360 (July 8, 2021, 7:41 PM EDT) A contractor at a Texas shelter for migrant children failed to respond adequately to medical concerns and used loudspeakers at dangerous volumes to communicate with the youngsters, two federal attorneys alleged in a complaint to Congress and a government watchdog.

Trump Endorses Ryan Zinke, His Former Interior Secretary, for Montana’s New House Seat
Former President Donald Trump on Thursday endorsed former congressman and Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke in his run for Montana’s newly awarded U.S. House seat.
Zinke, who said he maintains a friendship with Trump, announced his run for Montana’s second House seat in May after filing paperwork to organize a campaign committee. The seat was awarded based on the state’s population growth compared to other states in the latest U.S. census results.
In a statement on July 8, the former president praised Zinke’s leadership at the Department of the Interior under his administration.
