Sticking it out through two different shutdowns has worked out for one Michigan restaurant. The Fieldhouse Sport Bar & Kitchen, located in the little town of Marysville just south of Port Huron, believes that this small town’s support has made it possible. It also might be that it is the only sports bar in the area, and they are going above and beyond with the food they create here.

PINCKNEY, MI - A local tradition for over 25 years, the Lenten fish fry dinners at St. Mary’s Catholic School and Parish in Pinckney have morphed into something a bit different this year. Still featuring their famous fish and sides, St. Mary’s has renamed them “Drive By Fish Fry” and have brought in a whole new crew of volunteers to run them.

It’s fish fry season in Michigan, and we want to know where to find the absolute best around. We’ve put 11 regional polls together, with over 360 nominees to pick from, and welcome you to cast your votes now for your favorite fish fry in Michigan.
Nominations include all sorts of different options to enjoy. Tiny little bars, Irish pubs, take-out only joints, seasonal summer spots, and multiple churches, schools, VFW’s, K of C’s, and Eagle’s. We are looking for places that fry the freshest fish, offer up some homemade sides that stand out, run an incredible operation, and are just generally awesome.
