Bob Odenkirk Breaks Silence After Heart Attack: I ll Be Back Soon

Bob Odenkirk has broken his silence after a major health scare earlier this week. While filming an episode for the sixth and final season of
Better Call Saul, Odenkirk reportedly collapsed after suffering what was later described as a heart-related incident. In a new statement posted to his personal Twitter account, the 60-year-old actor confirmed that it was a heart attack while providing fans with an update on his health.

For the first time since he collapsed on the set of
Better Call Saul three days ago, Bob Odenkirk has posted an update on his health. Writing on his Twitter account, Odenkirk sent out a heartfelt “thank you” to his “family and friends who have surrounded me this week” and for “the outpouring of love from everyone who expressed concern and care.“
“It’s overwhelming,” Odenkirk wrote. “But I feel the love and it means so much.
The first statement from Odenkirk’s representatives about his condidtions claimed he had a “heart-related incident.” In another tweet, Odenkirk revealed he had “a small heart attack” but that he’s “going to be ok” thanks to his doctors who were able to “fix the blockage without surgery.”

To my family and friends who have surrounded me this week. And for the outpouring of love from everyone who expressed concern and care for me. It s overwhelming. But I feel the love and it means so much, the actor wrote.
Odenkirk revealed that he collapsed as a result of a small heart attack, assuring followers he would be okay thanks to Rosa Estrada and the doctors who knew how to fix the blockage without surgery.
