Worst movies of 2021 Netflix
Some of the worst films of 2021 have starred some of Hollywood s most respected names: Melissa McCarthy, Octavia Spencer, Sigourney Weaver, Nicolas Cage and Tom Holland.
These movies were rated the lowest among all of the films released in so far this year, according to the movie review aggregator Metacritic. We ve narrowed the list to focus on films with at least 10 critic reviews, to arrive at the worst of the year.
And the winners are. IFC Films
Sigourney Weaver and Margaret Qualley star in this literary-driven drama from director Philippe Falardeau.
The Guardian called the film a simpering knock-off of The Devil Wears Prada, and said the dramedy is so wet you could shoot snipe off it.

On the last normal night in Hollywood, there was one couple wearing masks. It was novel enough that I shot a photo of them. I had no idea they would soon be all of us.
It was March 9, 2020, and the premiere of Disney’s live-action “Mulan” brought a packed red carpet to the Dolby Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard, where as an entertainment photographer for The Associated Press, I had shot the Oscars four weeks earlier. Stars posed up close with big clusters of fans for a crush of dozens of photographers.
A year has passed. Nothing like it has happened since.
