CFP Board Names New D&I Director The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. (CFP Board) has named Dawn Harris as its director of diversity and inclusion (D&I) for the Center for Financial Planning.  In this newly created position, Harris will be responsible for advancing diversity and inclusion programs and growing the number of diverse CFP professionals within the financial planning profession.   “CFP Board and the center are committed to advancing a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout the financial planning workforce,” says CFP Board CEO Kevin R.
