ABC screening an upcoming UK drama,
Viewpoint, just got a whole lot more complicated after headlines surrounding star Noel Clarke (
Bulletproof, Doctor Who).
Clarke apologised after a report by the Guardian made numerous sexual harassment and bullying allegations by 20 women.
The Guardian spoke with 20 women who have worked with Clarke in a professional setting, all of whom have made a number of allegations. They include: sexual harassment, unwanted touching or groping, sexually inappropriate behaviour and comments on set, professional misconduct, taking and sharing sexually explicit pictures and videos without consent, and bullying between 2004 and 2019.
Sexual harassment, abuse and bullying have no place in our industry, Walters wrote on Twitter. Every woman has the right to a safe workplace and moving forward I pledge my dedication to this.
Clarke has been suspended from the BAFTAs and had his recent BAFTA Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema Award taken away in light of these allegations.
BAFTA organisers confirmed that they had been notified of accusations against Clarke days before giving the award earlier this month, but insist there weren t specific complaints they could investigate. David M. BenettGetty Images

Clarke would harass female colleagues with repeated sexual advances, sometimes physically, and if they refused, he would intimidate them into staying silent.

LONDON: Actor-writer-producer Noel Clarke, best known for his work on Doctor Who , has been accused by 20 women of sexual harassment.
Clarke, who recently won a BAFTA award, has an established history of sexual harassment, bullying, unwanted groping and touching dating back to 2004, according to a report by The Guardian.
The actor has also been accused of secretly filming the nude auditions of female actors.
