Besides the above, note that you are subject to the usual restrictions of HDB flats that apply to everyone. This includes an income ceiling of $14,000 per month, the five-year Minimum Occupation Period (MOP), and not owning any other property locally or overseas.
However, there are no restrictions on flat size or location, if you buy a resale flat. Also, keep in mind that there’s no income ceiling for resale flats.
Available grants when buying with a foreign spouse
You can get two grants when buying under the NCS scheme: the Enhanced Housing Grant (EHG) for singles, and the Singles Grant.

MPP utilizes the PREPARE/ENRICH Inventory which encompasses a customized couple assessment to be completed online prior to the workshop. The questionnaires are based on research and are intended to help you identify the unique strengths and potential growth areas of your premarital or married relationship. Trained facilitators will provide feedback and help you understand and discuss the results. You will also learn some tips on how to improve your relationship skills.

Last week, the Ministry of Health (MOH) announced that it would be introducing a vaccine injury financial assistance programme (VIFAP) to provide financial assistance for affected persons in the rare event of serious side effects that are assessed to be related to Covid-19 vaccines administered in Singapore.
To be clear, MOH has stated that it is introducing this programme to give greater peace of mind for those in Singapore who choose to take the vaccination, and not because taking the vaccination may cause serious side effects.
Similar to other vaccinations that we take, whether as children or adults, any vaccinations can cause side effects.

Note that these may change over time. The HDB website will always specify whether an estate is considered mature or non-mature, for each sale exercise.
If you are willing to settle for a resale flat though, there’s no restriction on size and location. You may buy any kind of resale flat, in any location, under the SCCS.
Other requirements to remember:
You must not own another property at the time of application. If you just sold a private property, you must wait 30 months before you can apply for a BTO flat (this restriction doesn’t apply for resale flats).
