Insight Teen Treatment Offers Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Insight Treatment looks to assist teens and young adults who suffer from harmful behavior disorders and troubling emotions.
Insight implements Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills into their program. Clinical Director of Boston Child Study Center Dr. Marcus Rodriguez was able to further elaborate on “DBT skills” and what these skills can offer.
