Spalding man wins age and sex discrimination case after being rejected for job at London NHS hospital trust

A Spalding man, who won an age and sex discrimination case after he was rejected for an NHS job, despite being the top candidate, has said he doesnât want to see the same discrimination happen to others.
Neil McClements (50), a married father of two teenagers, won a £7,580 payout from Guyâs and St Thomasâ NHS Foundation Trust in London after he was turned down for a job as a project manager, which involved working alongside a predominately female team in their early 30s.
