Debutant Ceri Holland completed the visitors’ turnaround two minutes from time, only for Charley Clifford to rescue Charlton a point from the penalty spot.
Amid increasingly snowy conditions at Hayes Lane that eventually blanketed the turf, both sides fashioned half-chances, though it was the home team who edged in front on 19 minutes.

Durham recovered from trailing 3-1 at Coventry United for a 4-3 FA Women’s Championship win, Sheffield United also fought back to draw with Blackburn Rovers.

Coventry United lead title-chasing Durham 3-1 at half-time but the Wildcats went away from the seven-goal thriller with a 4-3 victory.
Beth Merrick stung the visitors with an early brace and although Beth Hepple pulled a goal back in only the tenth minute. Merrick completed her hat-trick by the break.
