Casualty double-whammy has left us with a lot to think about with Lev, Ethan and Jacob all facing very uncertain futures.
Here are the biggest questions we ve been left with until next week:
1. What does the future hold for Lev? BBC
Lev is now facing a bleak future, having been arrested for GBH. The first helping of tonight’s ED drama saw Lev publicly lose his temper and attack a patient who had directed numerous homophobic insults his way.
Given the assault took place on hospital premises, while he was in uniform, Lev’s paramedic career is also up in the air, regardless of whether or not he is charged. What does the future hold for him now?

In a special double bill of Casualty Jacob Masters is conned into making a life-changing decision, and Lev is arrested for beating up a patient.
BBC1 treats Casualty fans to two more explosive episodes of the popular medical drama this week.
