The past 15 months have taken a toll on everyone especially the workforce. Improving mental health in the workplace was already a priority for companies who are concerned about the well-being of their employees, and after navigating work during a pandemic, the need is even higher.
That is why Working Well, Inc, the nonprofit whose mission is to provide resources, education and events to improve the well-being of the community’s workforce, has chosen the topic of “The Importance of Levity in the Workplace Especially Now!” for their 15th Annual Working Well Breakfast on Thursday, June 3.
Summer Dusek, President of Working Well explains, “After the last mentally and emotionally draining year, Working Well wanted to lighten up the Breakfast this year and make it fun. So, we are bringing in Charles Marshall, a comedian and motivational speaker, to help us learn more about how to build levity in our workplaces and lives.”
