Man due in court after woman punched in the face in Sutton A man is due before magistrates today after a woman was left hospitalised by a punch to the face in Sutton. Saturday, 3rd April 2021, 9:59 am Gareth Davis, of Byron Road in Annesley, has been charged with grievous bodily harm and will appear at Nottingham Magistrates Court Gareth Davis, 40, was arrested after the woman - who remains in hospital in a serious condition - was allegedly attacked on Coxmoor Road. After she made her way home on Tuesday (March 30) where she was treated by paramedics Davis was found by police following a search of the area.
