ROTTERDAM – Lisa A. Brown pushed her cart with some meat, gravy, cereal and other items down the Save A Lot parking lot to her car Thursday afternoon.
She was astounded and heartbroken to hear the store would only be open for about another two weeks.
“I’ve been shopping here forever,” she said. “Everybody loves this store, it’s the closest in the area.”
It also offered great pricing on products, she said.
The store will close May 22, although the company didn’t provide many details on why it chose to close this location.
