The collision cut power to people in Central Park, which is east of Aberdeen. The power was out for several hours until utility workers completed repairs, restoring power as of 4 p.m. Traffic was also affected. The right lane of eastbound U.S. 12 at milepost 4 was blocked due to the crash. Detours were set up.
