Head chef and owner Allister Barsby said: It feels amazing. Obviously not just for us, but it has been a tough year for everyone in the industry so this does feel great. It is the natural progression for the Hide and Fox. We love what we do and are passionate about it.
The Michelin Guide said on Twitter: This #MICHELINSTAR21 was an easy one for us to confirm. Allister & Aliceâs joyfully run @hideandfox celebrates all the best things about Kent.
