PORTSMOUTH From the campground rental spots to the recently introduced Master Plan, the City of Portsmouth has been attempting to create a buzz around its Ohio riverfront resource.
First discussed during last week’s City Managers session, 1st Ward Councilman Sean Dunne mentioned the latest idea in leading more people along that area.
