Washington Roster Moves: Deshazor Everett to IR, RB Lamar Miller signed from Bears practice squad

It was reported on Wednesday that the Washington Football Team was signing RB Lamar Miller from the Chicago Bears practice squad. Today the team made that move official. Miller has to go through COVID-19 protocols and won’t be available for Sunday’s home game against the Seattle Seahawks. Miller will be available for next week’s game against Ron Rivera’s former team, the Carolina Panthers, if he passes the necessary tests.
Washington has a big need at RB due to Antonio Gibson’s turf toe injury that threatens to keep hi out for several weeks. Washington had two RBs on their active roster(J.D.
