While kids were scheduled to go to native village to spend holidays with my parents, myself and wife had to drop them and come back to Bangalore due to her essential services category of work. My days were busy working from home , but there was enough time to think about a short trip to some nearby place. The fact that we have not been on a real road trip since a year and half too added fuel to the thought process. It took no time to decide that we will put a weekend in April for good use !
