By Zachary Mott 88th Readiness Division Salt Lake City,   –   Documenting the U.S. Army’s response to the COVID-19 global pandemic has been the mission of military historians from the 88th Readiness Division for the past year, and is scheduled to continue through the end of 2021. The 90th Military History Detachment, based out of Douglas Army Reserve Center here, has been interviewing the response participants, collecting documents and imagery since April 2020 via in-person meetings, telephone calls and Microsoft Teams-based video conference interviews from their workspace here as well as at home to provide the details to the Center of Military History.
