San Luis Obispo County Public Health officials are reporting 21 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, bringing the county s total to 21,284 confirmed cases as of May 25.
Health officials say four people are currently hospitalized. Another 59 are recovering at home and officials say 20,960 people have recovered.
San Luis Obispo County has had 261 deaths attributed to the virus.

San Luis Obispo County Public Health officials are reporting 24 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, bringing the county s total to 21,232 confirmed cases as of May 18.
Health officials say two people are currently hospitalized. Another 77 are recovering at home and officials say 20,891 people have recovered.
San Luis Obispo County has had 261 deaths attributed to the virus.

San Luis Obispo County Public Health officials are reporting 13 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday, bringing the county s total to 21,331 confirmed cases as of May 14.
Health officials say there are 109 known active cases in the community. Two people are hospitalized. Health officials say 20,962 people have recovered.
San Luis Obispo County has had 260 deaths attributed to the virus.
An updated breakdown of cases by location was not available Friday. County health officials say their epidemiology team is reviewing updated case information provided by the state. Updated statistics are expected on Monday.

Health officials say there are 111 known active cases in the community. Two people are hospitalized. Health officials say 20,947 people have recovered.
San Luis Obispo County Public Health Officer Penny Borenstein looked pained at a May 5 press briefing when a reporter asked for an update on the county s progress toward COVID-19 herd immunity, five months into the vaccine rollout. Locally, we are really falling behind, Borenstein said. The state average at this time is 61 percent of all eligible people, 16 and up, have at least started vaccinations. In our county, we re more like 51 percent. .
