San Angelo Rodeo Championship BBQ Cook-off Registration Open
SAN ANGELO, TX – Registration for the 2021 San Angelo Rodeo Championship BBQ Cook-off is currently underway. If you would like to compete, you better hurry, registration ends on Mar. 31.
According to the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Association, on Mar. 9, participation is open to any four person team, which one person must be indicated as the Head or Chief Cook. Each team will submit only one entry in the required Beef Brisket division. There are also optional categories which one entry may be submitted including Pork Spare Ribs and Chicken as well as a speciality category, Jalapeno Poppers, for the title of San Angelo King Popper though these do not count in point totals.
