This comes after a lawsuit filed Monday by Fox Business production assistant
John Fawcett, who alleges that he was sexually harassed in an elevator by the Judge in 2019.
In his lawsuit, Fawcett alleges senior execs were aware of the misconduct, but declined to take further action. Fawcett also alleges that Napolitano also harassed other male employees, but HR also declined to investigate those incidents.
The 27-year-old FBN staffer has been working as an associate producer on
Larry Kudlow‘s Fox Business show, and was previously a PA on
Lou Dobbs Tonight before that show was canceled. Fawcett remained on staff after Dobbs’ exit, and alleges Kudlow has repeatedly made racist and sexist remarks during staff meetings, going so far as to block an appearance by Congressman

Fox Judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano has been fired from Fox in the wake of sexual harassment accusations from Fox Business Network employee John Fawcett. But his complaint is filled with many sensational details about others, including accusations of racist and sexist remarks from FBN host Larry Kudlow, such as his supposed desire to have a three way with Sandra Smith.
The complaint has some very sloppy mistakes, including misidentifying Fox Business Network as Fox Business
Channel and misspelling Lou Dobbs’ name. But if Fawcett’s allegations are true, they reveal shocking but not surprising details about the toxic work environment at Fox. Whether he has a good legal case is another matter.

A producer who works on the
Kudlow show, hosted by Larry Kudlow on Fox Business, accused Napolitano of engaging in sexual misconduct with numerous young male employees, including himself, according to a lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court. The producer, John Fawcett, claimed Fox s human resources department and senior executives were aware of the matter but took no action whatsoever to remove Napolitano from his on-air role.
