Swan arrives on August 20. June 30, 2021 Becca Harvey is probably one of the few people on the planet who started a pandemic project and saw it through. In the Atlanta-based musician s case, it s her jangle-pop alias Girlpuppy, which found itself thriving after a COVID layoff.
