With temperatures expected to be high and even upward of 100 degrees this weekend, you’ll likely be seeking relief from the oppressive heat.
An excessive heat warning is in effect for Western Washington from Friday at 2 p.m. to Monday at 9 p.m.
The temperature at Sea-Tac measured 97 degrees at 2:33 p.m. Saturday, officially making it the hottest June day on record. The NWS expects temperatures to continue to rise.
