Alleo Health System President and Chief Executive Officer Tracy Wood joined the board of directors of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization effective Jan. 1. Ms. Wood joins a board of executives from hospice and palliative care providers across the United States.
As chief executive of Alleo Health, Ms. Wood is responsible for upholding the not-for-profit hospice and integrated senior care service provider’s mission and values while successfully managing a changing market in a dynamic and fast-paced landscape for the hospice and palliative care industry. Alleo Health System, formerly Hospice of Chattanooga, has been present in the community for 40 years, providing compassionate local care for aging adults.
School Of Etiquette Courses To Be Offered
The British School of Etiquette [TBSoE] has partnered with Clarendon Wallace to offer a full range of training courses and certifications in Bermuda.
A spokesperson said, “The British School of Etiquette, reputed as the standard bearer for social and corporate etiquette training globally, has inked a deal with local executive coaching and leadership training firm Clarendon Wallace, under which its full range of training courses and certification will be made available on the island.
“The deal makes Bermuda the latest addition to TBSoE’s international network that extends to China, India, Pakistan, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, USA, South Africa, and Europe.”

YORKTOWN, Va. Kim Kellogg is creative for a living, and her creativity came in handy when the pandemic began.
In March, Kellogg planned to expand and relocate her business, Lilac Lane DIY Studio, from Hampton to Yorktown. She found a larger venue and signed the lease in early March.
Her plans quickly changed.
“We weren’t able to get our business license because the county shut down before we had a chance to,” said Kellogg.
She closed her Hampton location when that lease expired weeks later. In April, Kellogg found herself without an operating storefront to serve customers. So, she did what she’s always done: she got creative.
