Warmer weather, sunshine and a COVID–19 vaccine may mean small social gatherings are around the corner for many of us.
But some may still struggle with isolation, especially those who are in addiction recovery or are seeking recovery.
We talked exclusively with two people who have a keen understanding of what it means to be in recovery.
Bob and Carroll Ann Swanson built their careers in social work helping people in addiction recovery. Bob, himself has been in recovery for over 30 years.

The Community Health Council of Lebanon County is now accepting scholarship applications for training and certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. Applications must be submitted by Feb. 28, and are open to all licensed mental health providers in Lebanon County.
Phase 2 is the second part of the Community Health Council’s Connected Together Initiative, which was designed to address and mitigate risk factors contributing to violence in the community.

Park City Community Foundation announced its latest round of grant recipients for its COVID-19 Community Response Fund last week. The $500,000 in assistance provided to area nonprofits is meant to help those impacted by the pandemic to stay in their homes, care for their children, seek medical care and more.
