PARKERSBURG Community Resources Inc. has completed construction on two homes in the effort to provide affordable housing in the area.
Built with a grant from the West Virginia Housing Development Fund, the three-bedroom, two-bath houses are next door to each other at 1602 and 1604 Nash St. in Parkersburg. Prospective buyers must meet income guidelines to qualify.
