(WVIR) - Charlottesville Community Bikes is moving to a new home soon after many weeks of searching for a spot. The nonprofit will lay new roots in Preston Plaza, behind Mona Lisa Pasta. Community Bikes has been operating rent-free on Avon Street for more than five years. Now, 405 Avon is being repurposed for the Charlottesville Housing and Redevelopment Authority maintenance department.
