Manitobans are invited to gather Friday for an online commemoration on the fourth anniversary of the attack to remember the victims and show opposition to hate.
The event, sponsored by the Islamic Social Services Association, the Social Planning Council, and Independent Jewish Voices, will feature prayers from the Muslim, Christian, Jewish and Indigenous traditions.

On Nov. 6, the budget implementation bill that contained several changes to legislation including the elimination of probate fees was proclaimed by the legislature.
The revenue generated from law fees and probate charges was more than $9 million a year, according to information provided by the province.
Oxford County Approves $442,000 for 2021 Community Grants
OXFORD COUNTY - Oxford County council has allocated $442,000 in community grants for 2021.
They were able to do this through the Oxford County budget deliberations which wrapped up on Tuesday. Council provided the Social Planning Council with an extra $10,000 next year after deliberations. They also decided on an extra $20,000 for the Tillsonburg Airport.
