ATLANTA Georgia s attorney general announced Wednesday that he has appointed the head of a prosecutors group to oversee the criminal case against the police officer who fatally shot Rayshard Brooks.
Peter Skandalakis, executive director of the Prosecuting Attorneysâ Council of Georgia, will serve as substitute prosecutor in the case against Atlanta police officer Garrett Rolfe, Attorney General Chris Carr s office said.
