Sabra Dipping Company just announced a voluntary recall on its classic hummus in 16 states due to possible salmonella contamination. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration said that the company is recalling more than 2,100 cases of the 10 ounces Classic Hummus that was produced last month with a best before date of April 26. The states that are affected by this recall include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Indiana, Mississippi, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Jersey, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
If you have bought this hummus, the company encourages you to return the product or visit Sabra’s recall website for a reimbursement. The FDA reported that no illnesses have been reported to date. You can find more information regarding the recall by visiting the FDA’s website.

Sabra Dipping Company, LLC has issued a voluntary recall over concerns about Salmonella.
The company says it recalled roughly 2,100 cases of the Classic Hummus after a routine test of a single tub revealed a potential Salmonella contamination.
The recall is limited to 10 oz. tubs that were produced on February 10th between the hours of 6 p.m. and midnight, with a best before date of April 26th.
The product s UPC number is 300067.
It was sold in 16 states.
According to Sabra, no illnesses or complaints have been reported.

Sabra Dipping Company, LLC has just recalled one of their popular hummus products over a concern that some of it may be contaminated with salmonella. It’s specifically recalling their 10-ounce Classic Hummus containers and there are around 2,100 cases that are impacted.
The products in question were produced on Feb. 10, 2021 and have a “Best Before” date of April 26thon the package. The FDA says that 16 states received the potentially tainted dip: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Indiana, Mississippi, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Jersey, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. If you’ve got some, you’re to return the product where it was purchased or contact Sabra directly for a refund.
