Gunnar Von Schriltz | Bannock County Jail
CHUBBUCK A local man will spend 15 days in jail after enticing a teenage girl to come “make him feel better” at a Chubbuck motel.
Gunnar Von Schriltz, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor enticing of children, and Magistrate Judge Thomas Clark ordered the jail time and 18 months of supervised probation. As part of a plea agreement made with Bannock County Prosecutors, a felony charge of children enticement was reduced to a misdemeanor.
The sentence given by Clark was 120 days, but 90 of them were suspended. Court records show Von Schriltz already spent 15-days in the Bannock County Jail, so that means he will only have to spend just over two more weeks behind bars.
