Jul 26, 2021 Guatemalan Murdered in Belmopan: Described as Hard-Working Area Resident Police have detained at least two people for questioning following the murder of a Guatemalan resident of Belmopan. On Saturday morning, a passerby found the lifeless body of fifty-year-old Armando Cacao with a cut wound to the throat. He was last seen on Friday night, reportedly intoxicated, but those who knew Cacao described him as peaceful and harmless.
