Felon sentenced to 7 years after pleading no contest to multiple charges

1 month ago Share Joshua LeMaster, 26, was convicted of charges including Lewd and Lascivious Conduct and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. by: Brittany Kershaw Public Affairs Manager, Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Joshua LeMaster, 26, was sentenced on Feb. 16 to 7 years in prison after pleading nolo contendere to a litany of charges he was facing before the Honorable Judge Terrance Perkins. All sentences are set to run concurrently.  I hope he turns his life around so that when he is released he does not repeat his poor choices.”   RICK STALY, Flagler County sheriff The charges included in the plea deal are as follows: Violation of Probation for a previous Conviction of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct, two counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Sale of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
