111 more test positive for COVID-19 in Satkhira 130 SATKHIRA, June 11, 2021 (BSS) – A total of 111 more persons were reported positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours in the district after diagnosing 211 samples at Satkhira Medical College and Hospital (SMC) COVID-19 laboratory. The infection rate is about 52.61 percent in the district, civil surgeon of the district Dr. Hussain Shafayat, told BSS this afternoon. The total number of infected persons in the district stood at 2,256 and the number of recovery cases stood at 2,040, civil surgeon of the district Dr. Hussain Shafayat said. A total of 48 persons have so far died of COVID-19 in the district.
