Communications Specialist, who will oversee internal and external communications for a large portfolio of programs implemented by ABA ROLI in Kazakhstan. The Communications Specialist will work closely with the Chief of Party and Program teams to execute all programmatic communications while ensuring adherence to ABA ROLI and donor branding and communication requirements.

· Oversee all external communications under ABA ROLI Kazakhstan’s portfolio of programs;

The American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) is seeking an international expert to serve as the inaugural director to the Judicial Academy (JA). This will be an advisory role on the structure of the MJA as well as on judges and non-judicial personnel. Applicants should have expertise in areas relating to: judicial education and training, judicial ethics, judicial reform, court administration and management or any other relevant field. The director of Judicial Academy will be responsible for providing technical assistance and expertise on establishing and institutionalizing the JA. The position is initially expected to include approximately 6 - 12 months, with the possibility of extension, and will be based in the Maldives if the public health situation permits.

The ABA Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) seeks a Senior Program Officer for its Women and Girls Empowered (WAGE) Program. WAGE is a global consortium implementing programs to advance the status of women and girls. Led by ABA ROLI, in close partnership with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), Grameen Foundation, and Search for Common Ground (SFCG), WAGE works to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations in target countries to improve the prevention of and response to gender-based violence; to advance the women, peace, and security agenda; and to support women’s economic empowerment. WAGE provides direct assistance to women and girls, including information, resources, and services they need to succeed as active and equal participants in the global economy. WAGE also undertakes collaborative research and learning to build a body of evidence based on promising practices in these thematic areas.
