Pakistan to strengthen its ties with all African countries Staff Report
Pakistan has envisaged renewed “Engage Africa Policy” to strengthen its ties with all African countries, and has decided to increase its diplomatic missions in the countries in addition to open the Pakistan’s Embassy in Djibouti owing to growing economic and political importance of the African region.
The exchange of parliamentary delegations would steer the agenda for enhanced economic, political and defence cooperation not only between the Pakistan and Djibouti but also with other African countries. Pakistan eyes vibrant interactions to share the experiences in public sector reforms, technical cooperation, infrastructure development and private investment with the African countries. Islamabad, December 17, 2020 (PPI-OT): Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani has said that China is our closest friend and both are joined together in a broad-based, long-term ‘All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership.’ This was said in a virtual meeting with Mr. Wang Yang, Chairman of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference which took place here in Islamabad. Chairman Senate observed that in recent years our ties have further deepened. He said that Pakistan adheres to One-China Policy and Pakistan has always stood by China in matters of its core national interest. Pakista
