Indian food fundraiser earns thousands for local food banks

Article content A partnership between the Rotary Club of Sarnia and local philanthropists Dr. Pandu and Zoya Shetty has raised money for local food banks. Rotary organizer Mary McLeay said she was delighted with the results. “I’m thrilled we sold so many tickets and could raise this kind of money,” she said. “It’s all because the Shettys are so generous to offer us this opportunity. They are very community-minded, always putting others before themselves.”
