I’m also especially glad that we’ve got a strong California contingent, including a couple of folks from Santa Barbara, which is really truly one of my favorite cities in the whole world and part of the United States and my home state. It reminds me an awful lot of the climate and everything else here in Athens, Greece. You will also be glad to know we have a really strong California contingent here at the U.S. Embassy in Greece. Our Consul General In Thessaloniki is from San Francisco. And fortuitously, Thessaloniki’s sister city, or one of its sister cities in the U.S., is San Francisco. Liz Lee, our Consul General, had the opportunity to visit with Mayor London Breed when she was back at home last month and we’re very excited about the fact that we may get Mayor Breed to come to Thessaloniki later this year or next.
