There s a 63-year-old guy named Kenneth Werkau who worked at a Walmart in Moundsville, West Virginia. And during the last four months of 2019, he stole $123,775 worth of gift cards.
He would activate prepaid Mastercards and Xbox gift cards and say they were paid for in cash, but he wouldn t actually put cash in the register.
