Drawn up by developer St Modwen and housing association Notting Hill Genesis, the Woolwich Exchange will feature just over 800 homes along with a nursery, children’s play areas and workspaces as well as new public space. The scheme is planned for the middle of Woolwich Others working on the deal include Panter Hudspith and HTA which is behind the landscaping. Planning consultant is Lichfields.

Advertisement Under these plans, site C was set to have 1,100 homes across eight blocks ranging from eight to 23 storeys in height. The developer has already delivered 89 affordable homes on site K, while site D is earmarked for 158 homes.
