MP Motz promotes Valentines for Veterans

MP Motz promotes Valentines for Veterans Poll Yes Medicine Hat-Cardston-Warner MP Glen Motz is hoping youth remember veterans on Valentine’s Day this year. For the past 25 years, children across Canada have been creating Valentines for Vets as a way to thank Canada’s veterans for the sacrifices they have made. “This is a simple but profound way of reminding our children to thank those who sacrificed so much for our Canadian freedoms,” Motz said. Valentines for Vets is an interactive project for teachers with their students and parents with their children. Sharing the accomplishments and sacrifices of veterans gives young people a greater understanding of Canada’s proud military history.

Motz takes aim at Liberal COVID response - Medicine Hat NewsMedicine Hat News

Motz takes aim at Liberal COVID response Poll Now that the SCOC has ruled, should Alberta go back to a carbon tax created here, for here? Create our own Area MP Glen Motz says a thorough review and potentially a Royal Commission into the pandemic response should be launched, but the result shouldn’t necessarily be more power for Ottawa to guide future response. During a year-end press event on Monday, Motz described Ottawa’s efforts to control the public health crisis and stabilize the economy disjointed and costly. “I don’t think history will be kind to the federal Liberals,” he told reporters, citing high unemployment numbers and the need for more health spending and the need for better co-ordination of pandemic health and economic efforts.
