A NUMBER of abnormal loads are being escorted through the county by Gloucestershire Constabulary this week. Drivers are being warned of delays as the modular buildings are moved from Gloucester Services of the M5 southbound to Drybrook. The loads will be moving today (Tuesday 1 June), tomorrow (2 June) and Wednesday (3 June). There will be further loads moved on Monday 7 June and Tuesday 8 June. The convoys will travel along the B4008, A38 to Gloucester, A430, A40, A4136, Baynham Road, Mitcheldean through the Stenders to Drybrook. Residents in Baynham Road, Mitcheldean are again thanked for their co-operation whilst these movements pass through the area.
