LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - Detectives with the Longview Police Department have made an arrest in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred Friday night.
Tolla Michelle McNeely, 40, was arrested Friday and charged with the murder of Jose Manuel Delarosa of Henderson, according to an update on the Longview Police Department Facebook page. Longview PD detectives believe the two got into an argument in a vehicle in a parking lot on Triple Creek, and McNeely shot him.

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Two East Texas men who joined the U.S. Capitol Building riot Jan. 6 were ordered to be detained until trial.
Magistrate Judge K. Nicole Mitchell handed down the ruling Friday evening after hours of testimony by and cross examination of witnesses regarding the actions of Ryan Nichols, 30, of Longview, and Alex Kirk Harkrider, 33, of Carthage during the siege of the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, D.C.

A man who once appeared on
The Ellen DeGeneres Show after rescuing several dogs in the aftermath of a hurricane has been arrested for participating in the violent riots at the U.S. Capitol on January 6 that left five people dead.
Ryan Nichols, 30 was arrested on January 18 and booked into the Smith County Jail, online records show.
On Friday, he was charged with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds and conspiracy and unlawful entry with a dangerous weapon, news station KLTV reported. According to the outlet, he was also charged with assault on a federal officer, using a deadly or dangerous weapon as well as aiding and abetting.
LaTosha Stanfield, 46, was arrested and released Jan. 13 from the Gregg County Jail.

LONGVIEW, Texas A Longview woman has been arrested after her 2-year-old child tested positive for the drug PCP in September, according to court documents.
LaTosha Stanfield, 46, was arrested and released Jan. 13 from the Gregg County Jail on $15,000 bond on a charge of child abandoning or endangering - negligence.
According to court documents, Stanfield took her child to have a drug screening on Sept. 18. Stanfield and the toddler tested positive for PCP.

Nichols was formerly a realtor with
Texas Real Estate Executives, but the group tells CBS19 he was terminated when they found out about his alleged involvement in the riot. The
Longview Area Association of Realtors also says he is no longer part of their group as of Jan. 13.
The duo was seen on multiple social media posts outside the U.S. Capitol when the riot took place.
