Tolla Michelle McNeely, 40, was arrested Friday and charged with the murder of Jose Manuel Delarosa of Henderson, according to an update on the Longview Police Department Facebook page. Longview PD detectives believe the two got into an argument in a vehicle in a parking lot on Triple Creek, and McNeely shot him.

Ryan Nichols, 30 was arrested on January 18 and booked into the Smith County Jail, online records show. On Friday, he was charged with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds and conspiracy and unlawful entry with a dangerous weapon, news station KLTV reported. According to the outlet, he was also charged with assault on a federal officer, using a deadly or dangerous weapon as well as aiding and abetting.

LaTosha Stanfield, 46, was arrested and released Jan. 13 from the Gregg County Jail on $15,000 bond on a charge of child abandoning or endangering - negligence.
