Covington, Kentucky The Peoples Revolution, a Milwaukee based activist organization that led the attack on Wauwatosa Officer Joseph Mensah, is once again in the news for violent behavior. The leader of the group, Khalil Coleman (pictured above), is being held in a Kentucky jail after a felony arrest for robbery and a charge involving a minor according to Wisconsin Right Now.
According to Kenton County, Kentucky, jail records, Khalil Coleman was being held on accusations of robbery in the second-degree and second degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
Elsmere Police Chief Joe Maier told the Journal Sentinel that Coleman and three others “attempted to rob a drug house.” Chief Maier also said, “they went to a drug house to rob a drug house,” Maier told the newspaper. “One of the occupants went up to the drug house and had a Glock handgun with a 50-round magazine drum… When it didn’t work they hurried up and left the scen

Milwaukee activist Khalil Coleman was arrested in Kentucky on Monday on charges of second-degree robbery and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
Coleman was one of three arrested, including a minor, by Elsmere police officers.
According to Elsmere Police Chief Joe Maier, the group allegedly attempted to rob a drug house.
“They went to a drug house to rob a drug house,” Maier said. “One of the occupants went up to the drug house and had a Glock handgun with a 50-round magazine drum. . When it didn’t work they hurried up and left the scene, jumped in a white vehicle and left.”

A large group gathered Monday night to march and celebrate the 200th consecutive day of action in Milwaukee aimed at protesting police killings in the Milwaukee area and around the country.
The group calling themselves The People’s Revolution met at the intersection of N. 24th Street and W. Michigan Street, outside the Rave Eagles Club.
It was a frigid night for a protest. The temperature was below 30 degrees. Still, somewhere between 50 and 100 people were on hand.
