Johannesburg - Joburg Economic Development MMC Lawrence Khoza recently embarked on a mission to assist businesses to stabilise the city’s economy in Kya Sands, Lanseria City Airport and Joburg Market.
As part of the city’s reconstruction and recovery of the economy, Khoza met with various business owners in order to understand the challenges they faced as a result of Covid-19.
Khoza said businesses he visited were durable and that he was excited to learn that there is a commitment to a partnership between the public sector and the private sector.
Many blamed Eskom for its failure to provide electricity.
Its not politics its @Eskom SA being weak. They must cut off illegal connections and inspect weekly with the help of police. Its as simple as that, however the so called localislzed oad reduction helps them to meet energy demand and avoid national load shedding!! Dee (@D Selai) February 14, 2021
Interesting. Just shows how double standards u can be. As mayor u have been to Kya Sands failed to resolve the issue, allowed illegal connections to continue, today u have turned around. It’s always been too late all along and u know it Charles Mbale (@charlesmbale) February 14, 2021
