Ms. Mark graduated from Wiley College in 2017, earning a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications alongside her brother Macahel Mark. As a student, Terrisa interned with the Marshall News Messenger. There, Terrisa shadowed reporters and received confirmation that she had a passion for journalism, particularly; broadcast and print journalism. Terrisa made her mark at Wiley College by becoming the 2014, 2015 and 2017 women’s track athlete with the highest GPA. Ms. Mark was recognized as a Presidential Scholar from 2014 through 2017. As a track athlete, she ran the lead handoff at the 2014, 2016 and 2017 NAIA National Championship 4×100 meter final. The Wiley 4×100 women’s team finished fourth in the nation in 2014 and 2016.
