NVIDIA has this week confirmed the new games that will soon be arriving on its GeForce Now game streaming service. The Medium with RTX ON and Free Immortals Fenyx Rising Demo are included in the line-up expanding the GeForce Now library to over 800 games. In January alone, 23 games have been announced by NVIDIA which will be coming to GeForce NOW, including HITMAN 3 and Everspace. “Games will continue to be added every week, but that first GFN Thursday of the month will give you a glimpse at what to expect. That way you can shop with confidence, knowing what’s to come.”

While I keep changing my mind about how much I personally enjoy Dyson Sphere Program, there’s one thing I can say without hesitation: this is a bloody impressive piece of work. Despite being new into early access, it’s got a honkingly broad feature set already, and the sort of wildly ambitious premise you’d sneer away as a pipe dream, if it wasn’t implemented already.
That premise? To create an interstellar industrial empire, on a scale where you can capture entire stars and put them to work, like those poor dinosaurs which the Flintstones would imprison in their kitchen appliances. But great galactic oaks from little acorns grow, and this preposterous work begins with a single mech, walking about on a spherical 3D planet.
Nvidia is returning to its regularly scheduled GeForce Now updates in 2021, so we’ll be getting a new batch of games added to the cloud gaming service each week. This week, The Medium – an RTX supported title, is the headlining game, but seven other games are joining it on GeForce Now.
The Medium is a new horror game from Blooper Team. As an RTX supported game, it features ray-traced lighting effects as well as DLSS to gain some extra performance. You can play games with RTX on if you are a GeForce Now Founder’s Edition member.

The Plasma Extract Refining tech also unlocks the Oil Refinery, which breaks down 2 Crude Oil into 2 Refined Oil and 1 Hydrogen. Which isn t a great ratio, because we re going to need a lot of Hydrogen if we want to automate production of those pesky red Matrix cubes.
For anyone confused about how to get some good Hydrogen production started, the answer is: X-Ray Cracking.
Unlock X-Ray Cracking for Hydrogen
X-Ray Cracking is a marvellous technology, and you should make it the very first thing you unlock with red Matrix cubes.
X-Ray Cracking is a technology which unlocks a new recipe in the Oil Refinery. Instead of 2 Crude Oil becoming 2 Refined Oil and 1 Hydrogen, the new X-Ray Cracking recipe converts 2 Hydrogen and 1 Refined Oil into 3 Hydrogen and 1 Energetic Graphite.

NVIDIA s weekly updates for GeForce Now will continue through 2021 and be known as GFN Thursday .
A new blog is being launched to keep players up to date with the latest news.
This week sees a number of new games added to the library, headlined by The Medium.
Throughout 2020 NVIDIA pushed out regular updates to its GeForce Now platform and game library and that won t be slowing down through 2021. Players can expect updates every week on the newly branded GFN Thursday. And there s a good reason for updates being issued on a Thursday, too. Since we launched GeForce NOW nearly a year ago, we found that many of our most played games either launched or released major season updates on Thursdays and we aim to support these launches as soon after their release as possible. We focus a ton of effort into supporting these content releases on Thursday, with updates rolling out to members across all our data centers, in all of our regions.
